production approvals, customer submissions, returns, cancellations,
shipping expectations, and order policies.

Custom Orders
All products are made-to-order and customized specifically for each customer.
- You are responsible for verifying submitted details
- Custom engraved items cannot be restocked or resold
- Customers must verify spelling before submission

Proof Approval
If a design proof is provided, approval confirms all details are correct.
- Review all spelling and layout carefully
- Approved designs enter production immediately
- We are not responsible for approved customer errors
- If no proof is requested, production proceeds from submitted information

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of engraving, most custom orders are final sale.
- No returns for customer personalization mistakes
- Damaged orders must be reported within 7 days
- Photos may be required for replacement review
- Approved replacements ship at no additional cost

Material Disclaimer
Natural materials may contain unique engraving variations and textures.
- Slate, wood and leather naturally vary
- Engraving depth and contrast may differ slightly
- Preview images are visual references only
- Colors may appear different between screens/devices

Customer Content
Customers are responsible for all uploaded artwork, logos and submitted designs.
- You grant permission to use submitted files for production
- You confirm ownership or legal rights to submitted material
- We are not liable for copyrighted customer submissions

Completed products may be photographed for portfolio or promotional use.
- Social media showcase
- Website product examples
- Advertising and portfolio usage
- Customers may request privacy before production

Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers agree to contact us first before opening payment disputes.
- Production approvals may be provided to Stripe
- Tracking information may be used for dispute defense
- Fraudulent disputes may be challenged

Restricted Content
We reserve the right to refuse designs considered offensive or inappropriate.
- Hateful or illegal content prohibited
- Threatening or explicit material may be rejected
- Orders violating policies may be canceled

Shipping & Cancellations
Shipping estimates and cancellation policies may vary by production stage.
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours
- UPS shipping used for most orders
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed
- Holiday delays may occur
